Most jewellery repair is carried out in jewellery shops with a small back room for occasional repairs. At our group, we are not a jewellery shop, Unlike the other jewellers we have a workshop dedicated for jewellery repairs – it’s what we do best. We have a wealth of experience and can repair jewellery that others don’t have the expertise for. What’s more, it’s better value than going to your local repairer.
If any of your jewellery has broken and you’d like to have it repaired, then we can help. Alternatively, you may be wondering how much something would cost to repair. If you give us a call we can give you a rough estimate over the phone. For an accurate quotation, we would of course like to see the item. Your jewellery will meticulously checked by our highly skilled repair specialists and any issues or recommendations we think are relevant will be discussed directly with yourself before any work is undertaken. We will only ever do the work you ask us to do and if for any reason we believe that the repair should not be done or may cause further damage to an item we will of course advise you of this. For most simple repairs we usually aim to return all items within 1 working day
Jewellery is a precious asset for our customers thus we have laid out a set of caring tips for gold jewellery. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold. Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart, so that they don't rub together or tangle up.
Try to avoid wearing jewellery when doing tasks that would adversely affect it. For instance it is advised not to wear rings when cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities. You should not let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish removers, perfume and hairspray.
We are able to size up or size down which ever you require.
After examining your piece of jewellery carefully we will recommend the best procedure to size your ring. If an increase of a number of sizes is required we may recommend putting a piece in.
We have all the modern facilities available to offer you a quality ring sizing whether it be in 22ct Yellow Gold, 18ct White Gold, 18ct Yellow Gold & etc….
This is a very popular service we offer.
We are able to bring back to life your gold jewellery items restoring them back to new looking pieces of jewellery.
