Customer Services

When a product is purchased, the Customer has the option to repudiate the contract without specifying any reasons for a period of 14 business days. This period starts on the day the product is received by or on behalf of the Customer.

If the customer finds the product being damaged or if it doesn’t meet the actual order requirement, New Saravanas Jewellers Pvt Ltd should be informed at the point of collection of the delivery via a telephone call.

Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition with the original purchase bill and delivery note.

Once the return is processed and the resalable condition is established by New Saravanas Jewellers Pvt Ltd, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only.

Products returned after the above stipulated dates will be considered as old gold and will be repurchased based on the prevailing old gold purchase rates.

Benefits and conditions

  • Our Privacy Policy sets out the information that we will gather on New Saravanas Jewellers customers, how this information will be used and who it may be shared with. We may analyze customers purchase history to provide relevant offers and information based on their preferred brands and products.
  • A Card can only be registered to one individual for personal use only and is limited to one active card per person at any one time
  • A set number of loyalty points are required to qualify for the redemption of a reward. The number of points earned from each purchase may vary from time to time at our sole discretion and there is no expiry date for points earned.
  • Account information will only be available to loyalty card holders online. We will correct an account if it is shown to our reasonable satisfaction to be incorrect, our decision is final.
  • All Loyalty card holders must have a valid postal and email address and be over the age of 18. All Loyalty card holders must register their Card online at www.saravanasjewellers.com in order to activate the use of their loyalty points on their Card.
  • Cards should be treated like cash, all loyalty points are lost if your card is listed as lost or stolen. New Saravanas Jewellers is not responsible for any unauthorized use of points.
  • Loyalty card customers are eligible for free 15 gold jewelry Karatage analyses per annum.
  • Loyalty card holder will be awarded bonus points as a promotional gift on their birthday and wedding anniversary dates. Points will be automatically transferred to the loyalty card which can be redeemed during any purchase.
  • Loyalty card holders are eligible for a 1 year warranty on jewelry purchased with weight over 40 grams and if customer requires.
  • Loyalty card holders can only redeem loyalty points in store and online upon reaching the qualifying level. The qualifying level is 500 points. This may vary at out discretion.
  • Loyalty card holders cannot add money to their card; it is a promotional loyalty card and not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.
  • Loyalty card holders must produce their card on purchase of any product in order to accumulate points on that transaction.
  • Loyalty cards are for New Saravanas Jewellers outlet only
  • New Saravanas Jewellers Loyalty Cards are our property and must be returned to us on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.
  • Points are restricted to one account and cannot be transferred or combined with another to redeem a reward.
  • Points can be used as part payment for any product in New Saravanas Jewellers. If the product purchased is valued less than the loyalty point total, the remaining balance will be left on the card available for future use. Loyalty points cannot be used towards purchase of any type of Gift Card.
  • Points have no cash value. Points and/or Rewards cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
  • Points that have been redeemed cannot be used again. If a transaction on which loyalty points are issued is cancelled, refunded or not completed, we will reverse the associated points and / or refund the associated product amount on to the card. If insufficient points are available, or we suspect fraud or misconduct, points may be refused or cancelled at our sole discretion.
  • Registered loyalty card holders will receive regular email updates from New Saravanas Jewellers with information and special offers.
  • The Current loyalty point rule is for every Rs 1000 spent at New Saravanas Jewellers 5 points will be rewarded.
  • The registered card holder is responsible for the security of their Card. If a card is lost or stolen or the holder thinks unauthorized person posses the card, the customer is liable and should contact New Saravanas Jewellers immediately on 0112434546.
  • We determine the particular transactions on which points can be earned and the number of points given, all of which is subject to change at our sole discretion.
